Nancy Giannone work starts out with realism, working thru abstraction using pure color, line & form to reach expression and emotional depth with her paintings.Her work also consists of a series of nudes painted in oils using earth tones on oak tag paper, Pastels, Charcoal and Oils on canvas and also including sculpture.Capturing the human spirit simply thru art and to be able to use her own language of doing this is her goal as an artist and to touch the viewer on a subconscious level.

John and Nancy's work places a strong emphasis on drawing structure and seeing the ordinary in an extraordinary way. Formal aspects of the craft of painting play a big part in their art. Spacial relationships and color application are major aspects as well.
